The World Awaits Your Arrival This is my newest campaign. After a few runs of trial and error, I have made a large world filled to the brim with cities, forts, strongholds and the like, as well as immersive quests and campaigns that will have you journey across these lands in search of people, treasures, even sources of power long lost. This is a core DnD 3.5 campaign, with a few house rules to add a bit to the excitement. It will be held weekly, from anywhere from 3 to 5 hours at a time( I am in the Eastern Timezone) , with flexible time slots based upon group need. I mainly use Roll20 and Skype to run campaigns, although I having been toying with the idea of a completely text-based group, in order to help keep the flow and atmosphere in the game consistent, once again, that'll be at the group's discretion. This campaign is very combat-heavy, and cooperation is needed or the group simply can't survive! Although, the RP aspect of the game is not ignored. Many quests can be solved with a quick wit and sharp tongue, for those who feel brave enough to try their hand at it. I hope to be able to keep this group going long-term. I'll supply plenty of quests, areas to explore, people to meet, all that I require is people with the motivation to continue on! I encourage new players to join this campaign, as I always enjoy playing with people new to DnD and rpg's in general. Because I do plan this to be an on-going process, you'll actually get to see your character progress through life! You could earn prestige or respect, maybe even wield enough power to create an empire, ruled by your group. Or maybe, you seek more sinister dealings with your character and want to create a league of assassins or thieves? Create an armada, build castles across the land, the opportunities given to you are endless in this campaign. I am hoping to fill at least three or four slots in this campaign, but I am willing to go up to even six or seven depending on interest in the campaign. And no matter your interest, the sheer volume of quests and types of situations presented to you will mean that all classes or playing types are useful!
