D100 possible bug

Hi, when i (or my players) roll a 1d00 i have a strange bug. The animation freezes and i can't see the result in the chat. At that point when i try to roll any other dice they won't work anymore. It doesn't happen with any other dice. I tried d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20 and it only happens with the d100. If i remove both "Automatically roll 3D dice" and "Enable 3D dice" it works and i can see the result in the chat, but ofc i can't see the dice rolling becouse i removed those options. It always freezes when rolling the tens. When rolling a d100 i should be able to see 1 dice for the tens and 1 dice for the units but it always freezes on the tens and i can't even see the units dice rolling. As an additional note it happens both with /roll 1d100 and /roll [[1d00]] and /w gm Private [[1d00]]. I tried to roll multiple d10, 12, 4, 6, 8, 20 and it works. It only happens with the tens dice. So basically when I roll any dice, it works like a charm and keeps working forever but as soon as me or my players roll a d100, i can't see anything anymore. Sometimes it happens for the result of the dice to appear in the chat but it happens only sometimes and like 20 30 40 seconds later. I have multiple accounts and it happens on all my accounts and it happens in different games. It started about 2 days ago both for me and another player exactly at the same time, but not for the other players. It happens both on firefox and google chrome. Windows 10, Firefox v. 76.0.1, extensions disabled. I added a screenshot to show the problem. https://gyazo.com/6aea2e03b7559797800a18b8fbc2a57c

It happens to me too, just sent a bug report for it via zendesk. The chat rolls lag a lot after the bug happens too. 5 to 10 seconds between rolling and getting the result in chat. Windows 10 anf Firefox 76.0.1 (both 64-bit). Edit: Console log always shows this: TypeError: p[e] is undefined app.js :579:4358 createShape https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 579 forEach self-hosted : 225 forEach https://app.roll20.net/assets/base.js?1588774597 : 6 createShape https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 579 A https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 578 doRemoteRoll https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 578 handleIncomingChatWith3DRoll https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 578 incoming https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 573 h https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 574 startup https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 574 Zb https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js : 203 gc https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js : 52 cc https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js : 30 dc https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js : 29 Ob https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js : 221 Ob https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js : 259 r https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 573 u https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 573 delay https://app.roll20.net/assets/base.js?1588774597 : 6 nrWrapper https://app.roll20.net/editor/ : 14 TypeError: s.body is undefined app.js :579:5112 createShape https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 579 dispatchEvent https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 235 internalStep https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 236 step https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 236 render https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1590064405 : 579 nrWrapper https://app.roll20.net/editor/ : 14 Edit: after the downtime yesterday (23/05/20), the problem seems to have disappeared.
Yea, you're right. They fixed it! Thank you
Not sure about how the system is doing the random number generation, but we get an incredible amount of 88's when rolling d100. This has been going on for 2 months now. It is getting to be quite the running joke. Just today, we have six 88's out of about 26 rolls.
Bwahaha...it gets worse. C'mon people, what is up with the RNG on this? Is anyone doing anything to make it better? Three 100's in four rolls!!!

I'm not sure what happened to you but it never happened to me. I'm running 3 campaigns on 3 different accounts, i have more then 6k hours and it never happened. We're playing even more in the last 2 months and i can tell you, it never happened. We play Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay so it's always D100 on every single roll for 200/300 rolls every week... We're not even getting so often the 88 you mentioned before.. It seems pretty legit to us looking at the numbers we get. I did notice tho that sometimes you get the same result if you roll 2 dice at the same time. I'm not talking about /roll 2d100, i'm talking about /roll 1d100 made by 2 players at the same time. It makes me think that if 3 players roll the dice at the same time, they could potentially get the same result. Btw, it's just sometimes... like 1% of the time and never when only one person is rolling more then one dice. So again, i'm not sure what's happening to you.
