This is with the 5E OGL sheet: There is an option on an NPC's sheet called "NPC Name in Rolls" that can be set to either "Hide" or "Show".  When set to "Hide" it seems to work fine for weapon attacks but when doing spell attacks, the NPC name is shown in the dice rolls.

Adding an Attribute to the npc sheet called charname_output with the value {{charname=@{npc_name}}} will fix this, I'm unsure if there's a faster way to do it. Probably scriptable? edit - never mind, didn't read your post properly, I thought you said it wasn't showing the name for spells.
