Curse of Strahd Dynamic Lighting Issue

I purchased the Curse of Strahd adventure and a Pro subscription to use Dynamic Lighting. I'm preparing for my game coming up on Friday and looking at the "Church" map. When I start the player's view, I see a black screen. I have it set to default: My understanding is that with Global Illumination checked off, they should at least see the outside of the Church. I, also, checked the windows area to see if there were gaps to allow the light to come through; there were. Part of purchasing this and going Pro was the promise of Dynamic Lighting, yet that's not working (I've tested it with a token set to emit light and one that is set with Darkvision) and nothing. Am I doing something wrong? I've fiddled with the new Dynamic Light settings (the stuff in Beta) -- works on the GM side, but not player side).
Hey Al H. -  Would you mind providing me with a link to the game in question, please? I'll certainly take a look to see what might be going on with that particular map.

Can you tell me how you did it? I'm having the same problem as a player Al H. said: Nicholas said: Hey Al H. -  Would you mind providing me with a link to the game in question, please? The DM will have to set the "Has Sight" checkbox on your character's token.
