Removed Players Showing Up In Game

I had a player during a session last night mysteriously join my game even though they were removed weeks ago and never showed up in the player dropdown permissions list before then.
Kick the person from the game again. And do not share the new join link on a place that that player might have access to.
That's the problem. They aren't IN the group, don't show up in the roster, and therefore can't be kicked from the game.
Then i would enter a formal request https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Or write directly to team@roll20.net . Be sure to include a descriptive subject line, and not just "I need help" so it can more efficiently reach the right team member. In the meantime, you can change the url of the game by temporarily booting and re-inviting any player, even one you invent with a Dummy Account . That might solve your problem. Your existing players will still see the game in My Games, but it would break any bookmarks they are using, which might be how this person is gaining access.
