New user: problem with character sheet

Hi everyone, I'm new with Roll20 and have an issue with character sheets. I've selected the D&D5 Roll20 character sheet in the game preference but in game the sheet looks like this with only basic text formatting: This doesn't look at all like the preview in the game preferences or to what I see in the tutorials. Is it normal ? What should I do to get the nice looking sheet ? Thanks!

That looks like the NPC view of the sheet. Scroll down to the "General Options" section to change it back to the player version.

It is the edit view of the NPC version. If this sheet is intended to be an NPC, you can see the statblock version by getting it out of edit mode. In this case, I believe you scroll to the top and click the gear icon to flip the view over. You may need to hover over the upper right corner for the gear to appear. I do it so automatically I'm not sure I remember exactly where it is. :)
