Game is now Closed Scouring the Interwebs for 6 players; you could be one of them! Here are a few details: The Game - D&D 5e using PHB, XGE, a dash of UA, and a sprinkle of homebrew (tester approved!) - Lots of lore, but not so much that it feels like homework - Google Doc shared with players, containing all of the interesting tidbits - Story and Character focused, with equal parts combat and role play - High Fantasy and Big Heroics - Discord for audio, no video required - Weekly sessions, but ok with bi-weekly. Saturdays from 7:30 PM to 11:30-ish (CST) The Group Looking for mature-ish(18+) individuals, wanting to play as a Group. Character interaction is a plus, with lots of opportunity for role play. Group dynamic is a MUST; character goals are fine, but loner, Baron von Badasses are out! Need to be consistent with the game, but the DM realizes that life happens sometimes. NOT pay to play, but won't turn down a buck or two for coffee (DM-ing is hard work!) New players are fine, as well as grizzled old vets such as myself. The DM I've been role playing for a long time. I won't say how long, but to give a hint, I played D&D when they were little white books. I've run the gamut of games, either running or playing, and won't bore you with a monster list. I'm all about story, but not so much as to railroad or detract from the player's story. I also like diving into characters, so expect weird accents and dialog. Finally, I expect mutual respect for one another at the (virtual) table. It's easy to get caught up in the game, but it is a game at the end of the day. Are You Hyped Yet?
