Tutorial not loading

Hi, The Tutorial (homepage-->Games-->Tutorial) is stuck on "Loading." I've tried both a fresh install of Firefox and my usual Chrome browser (with all of the addons turned off). I've also tried MS Edge, but they all get stuck on Loading. I've included the info & console logs from both Firefox and Chrome. Info is below. Huh, that's new. But it's not too much of a loss, the tutorial have anyway a number of bugs anyway that means some features are best tested in a real game.

Thanks for the response Andreas. I see running the tutorial as a way to determine whether the in-game experience works OK. It sounds as though the tutorial is so buggy (not updated?) that tutorial performance is not a useful guide to in-game performance. Is that the case? I'd hate to sign up for my first game-session on the platform, try to open it up, and get stuck with the same problem (Loading ad infinitum). With most apps, if it doesn't load, I'm pretty much done with that app. I wonder how many others have hit the buggy tutorial and bailed.
Gronad, ive been tearing my hair out over this too. I am Dming a game on friday on roll20 Second session on roll 20, first time using the vitrual map properly. Only problem is, i cant learn how to use the VTT as the tutorial wont work.

Thanks for the response Pani, I'm right there with you. I also don't want to waste a group's time while the newb (me) tries to figure out the interface. A quick search shows a long history of problems with the tutorial for this product. Generally, when a product or service's first-time user-experience (FTUE) is borked it says that they don't care to have new users. Because that's the effect. People want to try something that's new to them, it doesn't work as expected, and they bail (most never to return). That may not be fair, but that's the reality in the online marketplace. Experienced users don't worry about whether the tutorial is broken, they don't use it. But if you want new users and want to grow your product/service, it's not a viable way forward. Honestly, how hard is it to make a fairly basic tutorial work on the most popular browsers? And if the bloody tutorial is borked, what's the rest of the experience like? I guess I can resort to YouTube to see the damn thing working, but just watching doesn't ever have the same learning value as doing. Frustrating.
I'm having the same problem, even when using different accounts on different computers. It's so frustrating.. anyone have a good way to learn the features without the tutorial, other than just clicking on every button in a temporary game? I don't even know what I don't know at this point. :(
So glad I am not the only one facing this issue. I am using a Mac, so it is not just Windows computers having this problem it seems. *sigh* This really sucks since I only got through half the tutorial and I had a campaign planned for Saturday. However, I do have one idea for you guys. If the actual game creation is indeed working, I suppose you all could go into a game and follow along with a youtube tutorial video or one of the site's tutorial videos of roll20, clicking on the buttons as you go so it feels hands-on. I hope this helps!
Same issue, tested in Firefox and Chrome, cleaned both and disabled extensions and made no difference. Needed it since im DMing for the first time Saturday and hove no idea how it works.
Hey everyone - We’re aware of an issue with the tutorial and we’re pushing out a hotfix tomorrow morning that should resolve the problem. To keep messaging organized, we’re going to be closing this post and ask that you please follow the main thread for this, as seen here . Thank you!
