DnD 5e Shaped Charater Sheet bug

When I create a new character sheet using charactermancer (5e shaped sheet) there are fields within the character sheet that do not fill and have a blank editing field above themthat is not populated as it is meant to be. These fields are "features and traits" and "languages and proficiencies". I use chrome on windows without extensions and I have cleared my cache and redone this several times however the outcome is still the same. I have new player who recently joined our game and it is causing issues as he can't see these important fields. I can't seem to find any thread that covers this specific issue and I'm wondering if it is something I'm doing wrong (happy to be told if so). Trying to be respectful of the troubleshooting etiquette, please advice if I have not included necessary info or have made an error

Double check your installation. The Shaped Sheet does not have Charactermancer support. For 5e, only the D&D 5th Edition by Roll20 sheet and its direct clones have that.
Hi Keith Sorry I think this is an issue with my terminology in my post. For clarity, we're playing D&D 5th edition and the character sheet we're using is just the standard roll20 character sheet. I haven't made any changes to the character sheet or used any other versions at any point. The charactermancer has worked perfectly fine in the past, I have four player character sheets that work just fine, but any new ones I create have this issue. Hope this makes things a little clearer, thank you.
I thought that it may be helpful to post a picture, please see below the blank fields (Just FYI I have manually insert text in the languages and proficiencies box as we needed them on the last game). Thanks

Pretty sure that's the D&D 5E by Roll20 not the Shaped sheet. A very good example of showing screenshots is very useful.

Thanks for the clarification, Brett P. That is an odd one, indeed. Assuming you are using the sheet directly from the dropdown choice in your campaign settings, you should not be seeing that issue. The best thing to do aat this point would be to follow the guide to Solving Technical Issues . Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) That log in Step Four is of paramount importance. It gives all the technical info to a dev so they can figure out what is going wrong.
Thank you both, and apologies for the misunderstanding. I'll take some time and go through everything step by step, want to make sure I get it right. Once I have followed all the steps I will post the outcome. Thank you Gentlemen
Hi Keith Thank you for your patience I followed steps 1 to 3 carefully and still experienced the same issue. I have used both chrome and firefox without any extensions and switched of my antivirus too (Trend Micro - Maximum Security). Step 4 as requested Simply create a new character using Charactermancer and it does it every time without fail. I'm currently posting this using Firefox (as above) but typically use Chrome so I will go and get the command log from there and post separately.
posting is not working??
Sorry Keith, every time i try to post the command log it doesn't post??? Not sure what to do?

If it's just the forum that won't allow you to post, try using a service like pastebin.com. Then just put the link into your forum post.

Since after you started this thread, the help process has shifted toward an emphasis on using the help center, since it automatically generates tickets. I have flagged this post for a moderator to communicate with a dev, but that process can admittedly be slow. My assumption is in this case that a moderator saw the early interaction and figured "users are helping this person", and might not have checked the thread again. The Help Center is designed to help keep things from falling through the cracks. Like I said, I have flagged this thread, but filling out a Help Center Request can't hurt. Sorry this is taking so long to resolve.
Hi Keith Thank you and no problem, I haven't exactly been speedy in my own replies to this. I thank you for all of your help and patience and I will go over to the Help centre and follow up. Brett

Hey! I have not been following this thread, but those two fields both have an option in the character sheet settings that will toggle between "simple" and "compendium compatible". Maybe check if that is the issue, if it is you'll just need to update your default sheet settings!

Thank you, it was just a simple case of changing those 2 boxes in the character sheet settings and boom works like a charm! I have no idea how they changed in the first place, but never mind it's sorted now. Thank you again, and thanks to everyone for your time and support. It is very much appreciated. My players are going to be thrilled to know this is now sorted. Brett
