API script upload/download

It would be useful to be able to save API scripts on my computer by hitting a "Download script" button, and more importantly, upload a new version from my computer using a "Upload script (overwrite? Y/N)" kinda button. When writing your own API scripts, keeping them under revision control locally is nice, and having to Ctrl-a + Ctrl-c and paste them around while keeping formatting is pretty inconvenient.
