Managing Storage

OK, so, I've just switched to Pro, but while I was on Free, I just kind of uploaded stuff willy-nilly. In particular, I'm sure I've uploaded seventy bajillion versions of maps trying to get them to work right. Is there any efficient way of managing your storage / uploaded resources? For example, is there a way I can see assets that I have uploaded but that aren't currently in use? The only way I am aware of so far is to launch a game, go to the Art Library tab, and select "My Library," then scroll through the Recently Uploaded section. But that doesn't tell me, for example, which of the 50 versions of a map is the one I ended up using in my game. Thanks for any ideas!
I am curious to hear if there are any good answers to this question. I personally can't think of a single way to link a token back to the library art object that was used to create it. Once a token is created on the map it receives a unique ID and the original link is hidden but not broken. There HAS to be a link because deleting the original object from the library breaks the token but I do not know of any way to follow that link back to the art object. As for managing you art, tags and folders, folders, folders. You will have to set up a directory with sub folders and sort your library.

Yeah, I wish there were a little more information on this BEFORE you start uploading all kinds of crap. I've probably uploaded a gig of stuff, only about 40% of which I am actually using, just due to trial and error with maps mostly. Can you maybe post how you've arranged your folders? Thanks!
Also, don't forget that uploaded AUDIO can consume your personal storage too. I wish there was an option that, when deleting a game, the system would also delete any uploaded images and audio associated exclusively with that game. It would also be nice to be able to have options to sort your uploaded image library by size, date uploaded and/or related game (if any). My subscription is about to expire and I needed to free-up a significant amount of storage so that I could continue with a free account. It took hours but I eventually completed the task by individually deleting assets until I was well below the 100MB limit. Most of my storage was consumed by uploaded audio tracks, primarily audio files downloaded from Tabletop Audio that were not available (as links) within Roll20.
I'm also curious to hear the answer to this question. An intuitive library manager was something I always missed.
Same.. I'm just starting out but would love to hear how people that have been using the system for a while figured it out.
Well, 6 years and 7100+ hours and I haven't come up with a simple method.
