Where to find Fiasco rulebook?

Saw the new Fiasco in the marketplace and bought it thinking it was a new module for the old Fiasco game.  Now I'm trying to figure out how to play the new Fiasco.  According to the marketplace, I bought a rulebook with the game, but I don't see any rules compendium or anything and I need to learn how the new fiasco differs from the old.  Where can I find the rulebook?
