Initative tracker not showing up

I DM two campaigns and recently upgraded to premium. The past few sessions, I cannot get the initiative tracker to show up. This did work for me ~ 3 weeks ago (before premium and before I started the 2nd campaign). But it seems like no longer. Unsure what changed in the meantime (I'm in the same browser: Chrome). Currently, if I right-click a token (monster or player) and click 'Add Turn' nothing happens. Alternatively, if I have players roll initiative from their sheets, no tracker shows up. Any help appreciated :)

Add Turn does not make the Turn Tracker launch automatically. You need to manually open it with the clock icon in Toolbox on the left. You should see a lot of added turns there, as turns can be added while the Turn Tracker is closed.
