I'm attempting to use a .webm video as a background image for a map (allowing me to have an animated transition between exterior and interior maps for a location). The video compression after upload makes the map close to unusable. I've attached an image demonstrating what the original file looks like compared to how it appears in Roll20. This happens with Firefox and Chrome at the latest versions. Running Windows 10. As an aside, the compression doesn't even seem to save a significant amount of space. The original file is 2.6mb and is displayed in the asset library as 2mb. If there's any way to specify whether or not the file gets re-encoded after upload, that would help a great deal. In this case, I'd be more than willing to incur the ~0.6mb storage overhead. Thanks for looking at this!
