Jukebox Upload Problem

I keep getting Server 413 erros and have tried everything I found on the forums.&nbsp; My original low sample rate file was 7.18MB, after conversion to .ogg using&nbsp; <a href="https://convertio.co/" rel="nofollow">https://convertio.co/</a> &nbsp;it is 13.2MB Both well below the 20MB threshold. I have over half my storage space available.&nbsp; My chrome version is the latest, all add ons are off.&nbsp; I cleared cache and rebooted.&nbsp; Still I get this... Please help...&nbsp;

So uploading neither file worked? Have you previous managed to upload files of this size, type, or both? Did you try upload the files inside another campaign(in the unlikely case that only that campaign's art upload is broken)? How long have you had your Pro account(If you only had it for some hours, maybe everything isn't updated yet and it applies the old limits)? HTTPS error 413 is " payload is too large ". So somehow the file is flagged as too large, even if it shouldn't.

Correct, neither file worked No issues uploading large files, first time uploading music though... thought after all these years I would upload some that came with he Dungeon In A Box monthly subscription I have been getting.&nbsp; I tried 2 campaigns to upload music into, same issue. Art in this campaign works great uploaded large maps and art yesterday. My PRO account has existed since July 2015.&nbsp; Yup which why I resorted to asking here.&nbsp; Thanks... John&nbsp;&nbsp;
