Why is the Dragon Bloodline Sorcerer Average Hit Dice to Roll 5?

A player in my group is playing a dragon bloodline sorcerer average roll when they roll for health says its 5? Sorcerers roll a d6. I even made a quick test character and it says the same thing for me. Is it a bug or is it adding in something that we're not thinking about?
Is it including the +1 HP that draconic bloodline sorcerers get per level?

Average of d6 is 3.5 , and if we add the +1 to that, we have 4.5 , which rounds up to 5 . The other option is that OP and the player had constitution set to 12 or 13, which would give a +1 to HP rolls.

If you click on Roll it will tell you it's adding +1 from Draconic if you mouseover the roll in the chat log. Constitution is added afterwards.

But when I look at the average it says it's adding 4+DragonBlood. So in rolling for health I guess it rounds up?

Yes it does, probably to make Average HP the 'safe' option, as you come out very slightly ahead of average, and to make rolling a bit more of a gamble. If Average was below average everyone would probably just roll.
'Taking the average' in 5e is actually the high average.  4 for d6, 5 for d8, 6 for d10 and 7 for d12.  It definitely sound like and makes sense that it added the +1 for draconic bloodline.
