Good afternoon to you all :) Sadly in this area of I.T i am sadly lacking, I need a little help finding a Character sheet suitable for Middle earth Rolemaster 2nd edition to upload css and html scripting for this would be a daunting task for anyone that has ever played Rolemaster. any Help would be appreciated.

It looks like roll20 only supports standard Rolemaster, not the Middle Earth variant.

Then again, when I tried to create a new game, there was a character sheet called "Middle Earth Role Playing", which refers to 2nd edition (1986).

Yes, Its very close to rolemaster 2nd edition but there are a few missing things, So i was looking for anyone that could track down a character sheet for this otherwise i thing i might use the Merp 2nd edition one (its pretty good) and add the other bits in via CSS (prob allot of head scratching) :).
