Controlling Multiple NPC's on Initiative Rolls

Hey folks.  What's the best way to roll initiative when controlling multiple NPC's?  In my case this is for the Cyberpunk 2020 game.  I noticed that when I tried to roll initiative while using multiple NPC's, all it does is make one roll for all as one.  Do I make the tokens generic in order to do this? Am I missing something?  I am fairly new to using Roll20
