Hi! Sorry to bother you all but I have to ask this question. How long are wait times suppose to be? I have put in multiple requests to just be updated on the status of my ticket, but no one has gotten to me, given me a response and your Billing Support Agent, Austin, said it was currently being looked at.... this was 2 and a half weeks ago. I have put a lot of time into Roll20 and I just want to know that I have been heard, that you guys have actually gotten my tickets and that they are actually being looked into. I have been a Pro member and playing (with little breaks) since 2013 (specifically on Roll20) and coming up on 900 hours game time. It is a Creator Application, so I was expecting to take around a week or 2 to get back or even talk to me, but after coming up on 3 weeks with no contact, I had to make a post on here. With the Pandemic hit, I had to move and start work elsewhere, this is my chance to both get more players playing DnD and, not going to lie, a chance for me to make money doing what I love.  Thank you again for taking the time to read this!
