Detailed description of the problem I've discovered that audio files with a bit rate of 160kpbs will not actually load into Roll20. It will seem like it's loaded, but no waveform will be generated and the tracks will all have a length of 0. The solution is just to upload files at 192kbps or maybe other bitrates, I'm not sure, but 192 works for me. If this is intended and 160kpbs are not supposed to be allowed, I feel like a warning would save people a lot of headache and frustration. Thank you for reading. Minimum number of steps to reproduce the problem Upload any 160kpbs audio clip to Roll20. What I used was an extension called Blue Convert to convert some youtube vids to audio and I downloaded the audio at 160kpbs. Description of setup Chrome + Chrome 83 . Adblock, Beyond20, BetterTTV, VTT Enhancement Suite, BlueConvert Windows 10 Bug Triage Results Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Bug persists with Chrome and Firefox Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 I did this same test with not extensions, same result Step 3: Clear your cache Cleared cache, same result If none of the above succeed in resolving the problem, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Supplemental Information This is what the 160kbps files look like when uploaded. This is the console log when you upload the 160kpbs file
