Offline players still showing up in game

I have a weekly game that I have two players that have been offline for few weeks now, and their names/icons are still showing as in game as if they were online. Is there any way to force them to go away? I do not want to remove them from the game if possible. Thanks!

No, this happens when the players close their browser without leaving the game first. It's harmless, you can ignore them.

I would submit a help desk request with the details about the game and the phantom player here: https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new It may take them a few days to get to it, but they can clear phantom players from the backend.
