No longer able to add numbers to condition markers

Historically, I've always been able to mouse over a condition marker icon in the list, then press a number on the keyboard to make that number appear over the marker. This has been my method for tracking stealth rolls and elevation - if a token is 30 feet in the air, for example, I would add a red marker with the number "3" on it, then a blue marker with the number "0" on it. However, starting last night, I noticed that this functionality doesn't seem to exist anymore. I've tried it in two different campaigns and on two different computers, and the result is the same - I can no longer add numbers to conditions. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a work-around? I use this feature in my games all the time... I really need it to work!

It's working on my end. Are you using an unsupported browser maybe? Added a new extension lately?

I had tested initially on Chrome 81.0.4044.138, and have not added any extensions in quite some time. However, your questions caused me to inadvertently figure out what causes the bug. I was updating my browser and about to close any opened windows, when I realized that I had my chat window popped out and on another monitor. This is something was also doing last night when I ran into this, so on a hunch, I closed the pop-out to put chat back in the right pane. Upon doing so, numbers over condition markers started working again. If I pop it back out, they stop working again. So it would appear to me that there is a bug in Roll20 that causes the numbered condition markers to stop working when chat is popped out. Can anyone else confirm?

Wow! Good catch. I can confirm the behavior. Popping the chat out breaks the ability to set numbers on Token Markers. You can still set them programatically, with token-mod, but not manually.

Glad it's not just me. Is there a way to formally submit this as a bug, or will the mods find it here and document it?
