Lost Mine of Phandelver Paid Module Cragmaw hideout map disappeared

New DM trying to figure out how the module works. Having trouble with manipulating tokens and getting the layers to work, then the map just disappeared. Any solutions?

If you give us more info we're more likely to be able to diagnose the problem. Can you start by providing a screenshot of how the game looks like when the map have disappeared? How well do you know Roll20 and its features? Is it possible you switched to another (map) page ? Is it possible you mistakenly deleted the map when you where manipulating objects in the module? Do you remember exactly what you did before it disappeared, and what layer you had active ? (In case you approve a Roll20 dev taking a look at the game that have the problem, could you mention the exact name of the campaign this is happening in?)
I just started learning Roll20. I may have made a mistake. I don't know. I was having problems with tokens. While trying to figure out how to manipulate the NPC tokens the map suddenly disappeared. I don't know what layer I had active. The campaign is Lost Mine of Phandelver

If the game where the map have disappeared doesn't contain much info worth saving, you could just create a new game that have everything in place again.
I thought that but I spent hours manually creating my player's characters in place of the stock characters provided. I don't want to do that work over again. Is there a way to fix this other than just trying to overlay a new version of the map on top of the graphics that are still there?
Also, if I create a new game, what if it happens again? Or disrupts the game itself when we're trying to play?
Don't take this the wrong way, but if the map disappears, it's probably something you did by accident. I find the best thing to do is press Ctrl-Z (Cmd-Z on Macs) to Undo. Often that can fix things if you do it right away before doing anything else.
