Thanks for your attention. I am an experienced dungeon master with over 10 years of experience, including two campaigns that have run weekly sessions for several years each. I'm one of those rare people who enjoy running RPGs more than playing in them, and now I'm hoping to make a little money with a hobby I love and a skill set I'm good at. For this campaign, which I'm calling On the Edge of the World, every player-character is someone who had a promising future ahead of them but for one reason or another had to give it all up and go into exile. The PCs meet in a remote city at what seems to be the edge of the world, and there they agree to help each other fulfill their ambitions, whether they be revenge, power, rulership, rescuing a loved one, or just making sure that whatever happened to them will never happen to anyone else. What makes this campaign unique is the fact that there will be no big villain pulling strings and no evil conspiracies that need uncovering--unless you want something like that to be part of your character's backstory. Instead, each player will create a character who has an important goal or ambition, and the campaign will end once each goal has been checked off (one way or another). Exotic race/class combinations are encouraged, but by no means necessary. Sessions are weekly on Friday evenings starting at 7:30 pm Central Time. I prefer to use Discord for audio chat during sessions, so if you're interested I can send you a link to the private server I use. Further details are on the LFG listing page linked below. Payment is $10 per person per session, but your first session as a player is free whether you join at the beginning or later on. I want you to be certain you like my style as dungeon master before you pay. Please note that Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements.
