Hello , i made a topic before recently but i figured it would be best to make a new one that reflects the days we have open, as recently saturdays became an option too. We are two players who are pretty much completely new to D&D 5th edition(or hell dungeons and dragons in general) and want to find a game to get some experience in. Both of us have experience with other systems though but mostly pathfinder with the last couple years. We have both taken a look into 5th Edition and decided we wanted a breath of fresh air so we are looking to give it a go. I own some content for it myself but haven't played it yet. I do have a couple of the more obscure races in mind, Grung and Locathah, but i also have easy solutions for both when it comes to the water issue , that way it will play as normal and the other party members don't need to worry about constantly moisturizing their new companion. As far as classes go i have the druid : circle of the deeps and the hoplite fighter classes in mind. Though i don't mind using other options as i have ideas in mind if that is the case. I am quite flexible. My friend has warlock in mind i believe with some other options as well. Our time preference due to work or other campaigns is starting anywhere from 9am MST to 12pm MST. We are also both good for playing for 4-5 hours straight. We both enjoy heavy or light rp and both are comfortable using our voices(even going as far to try to give our characters a distinct voice). If a moment or heavy dialogue is going on for another player, we don't mind doing a little rp in chat or being patient til until such is over. After all, other character's stories are just as important and often just as interesting as our own, so it pays to sit back and listen. So to sum up : - We are both new to D&D 5E - Looking for Tuesdays And/Or Saturdays - Good to start anywhere from 9AM MST to 12PM MST, possibly earlier is negotiable on Saturdays - Light and Heavy RP is a very welcome experience, we don't mind if a session has no combat, or hell even multiple sessions but we enjoy combat quite a bit as well. Basically all aspects of the genre is fun to us - Both highly flexible on classes and races - We would prefer to both be able to join So thank you for your time and feel free to PM me or just post here!
