Hey guys, I'm mainly posting for one of my friends who can no longer access any campaign or forum information on roll 20 since the last update. They appear to be stuck on the page where we were given access to the DEVs twitter feed while roll20 was down yesterday morning-- which was only supposed to be 2 hours for most people but is seeming to take much longer/bugged in this instance. Here is a screencap of the error: 503 They are obviously using google chrome and windows 7, and their internet provider is verizon. I have a session coming up that I'm GMing and this person is one of my players-- the devs said that people should only be experiencing this issue for maybe 2 hours (time varying, but this seems like a very wide margin). Is there anyone else having this issue? Is it something I should just tell my player to wait out and see what happens? Thanks for the help-- it's much appreciated.
So we changed our server IP address, which required a DNS change. It seems that their DNS is still trying to access the old server. Have them try clearing their cache. If that doesn't work, try Googling "clear DNS cache" and it should give you some instructions for Windows.
Here's a direct link for Windows to instructions: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/flush-windows-dns-cache

We cleared the cache and used the google steps outlined under this link: http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/1600/vista_dns_cache_flush/ and utilized it's instructions. They are still recieving the same error, no changes.

In the command prompt, if they do "ping app.roll20.net" what does it say the IP address is? 96.126.116.150 or 66.228.53.175?

It took about an 2 hours to reconnect but it's functioning now-- I apologize for not being more prompt; something came up. Thanks for the help!
I am still having this issue. I cleared my dns cache a few times, and when I ping I am getting 96.126.116.150
I'm also having this issue after clearing my dns about 5 times over the space of about 2 hours, i'm getting 66.228.53.175 when i ping. :(
@Callum Well that's weird. The 66. IP address is correct. Did you clear your browser cache? @Jaron You can try going here: https://app-new-linode.roll20.net -- can't guarantee it will work completely, but might tide you over until your DNS cache catches up.
Hey Riley, cleared my browser cache, still not working, will try again in a few hours.
