Howdy folks, My name is Mason, 22, Male, Texan by birth but Virginian by migration (work). Like most everyone in this forum, I'm looking for a game group. I'm new to the world of RPG's. Only dipped my toe into a few sessions of D&D 5e with a theater group in TX. But after listening to all of TAZ and a little of the Campaign podcast, I feel passingly familiar with the Edge of the Empire system and games Powered by the Apocalypse. Honestly, though, with access to a game manual and enough time to study, I'm up for anything. I like combat, but I think what makes this such a unique past time is the aspect of rollplaying (roleplaying?). Shuffling off this mortal identity to become another person is something most of us could use in this age of quarantine and unrest. I'm looking to be swept away into a new world. Maybe make some friends along the way. Free games only. Ideally a weekly schedule around 7pm or later EST. Weekdays/Weekends; all OK. Voice/Video/Text-only; no preference. Thanks, Mason
