Hello! I'm helping to develop an educational RPG for young, intermediate-level English Language Learners, and I'm looking for advanced non-native English-speakers to help playtest this concept on a weekday sometime between 06/17-06/24. The game would start at 9am UTC -7 and finish around 1pm UTC -7. Communication will be through Zoom. This is a very rough draft of this system, so there is no fee to play. --------- [EDIT] I've received word that the times don't work for a lot of people. We are opening the same time slots, 9am-1pm PDT (UTC -7), this weekend Saturday 06/20 and Sunday 06/21. --------- We want playtesters to keep the following questions in mind while playing: What works well to help develop English language skills? What doesn't work well to help develop these skills? What do you think would be something to include or take away that would have benefited you when you were an intermediate-level learner? How easy/difficult is the game to understand? Is it fun? How can this be improved in general? Please respond to this post in this thread or via PM with the following information: Native Language: Age: Availability: Something interesting about yourself: The number of tests we conduct will depend on the number of people who respond. We'll try to group you as best we can by availability and time zone. Because of the nature of the questions players must keep in mind while playing, unfortunately this invitation is open to C1+ (or equivalent) non-native English-speakers ONLY. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions! Thank you for taking the time to read!
