JonJon the Wise made a video about how to start setting up a game on Roll20 for either Cyberpunk 2020 or Cyberpunk Red, and the different Roll20 character sheets available for your game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3vxYJ3HC0k I wanted to add these general tips about Token use, if you really polish up your game so the Tokens on the map and the Character Sheets work together: ----- If you put in the effort with stock NPCs, like Goons #1-4 or Mooks #1-6, you can quickly set up identical or very similar character sheets to make Posergangs (think of the "theme" gangs from the 1970s movie WARRIORS). You can copy a character sheet, rename it and maybe make minor alterations to speedily make a gang. Tokencraft is beautiful on Roll20 if you make the effort. Drag an image to the map or get a Token from the Roll20 free Art Library (icon on top right), or the pay Marketplace. If it's an image, shrink the image to the size of one square on your map (usually 1 square is 2 meters). Pro Tip: Tokens for vehicles can occupy several squares at once. Click the token and click the Gear icon to mess with Token options, and you will get 3 tabs: Basic, Advanced and Dynamic Lighting. Under "Represents Character", choose a character sheet you have made, and this will link the Token to the character. In the Basic tab, give the token a Name, usually a shorter form of the Name on the character sheet, and be sure to check the "Show nameplate?" box. But then also go to the Advanced tab and check the Player Permissions: Name: See box. If you want the player assigned to the sheet to be able to edit the name, click Edit too. Now, when you have set the Options the way you want, click that token, go to the Character sheet, click Edit, and under Default Token choose the token you have selected, and Save Changes. That way, any time you want to put a Token on a new Map, you just click and drag the name of the character in the Journal on the right edge of Roll20 and move it onto the map, and a Token will appear the way you have set up previously. Here are some hot short-cuts while using Roll20: --For the GM to draw the players' attention to a particular part of the Map, hold down Shift and then hold down the mouse on that spot. The players' view will suddenly center on that spot and a circle in the GM's chosen color will radiate out for a moment from that spot. --To get the Character Sheet associated with a Token, hold down Alt and double-click the Token! --To move the Token so it will not "jump to grid" and land instead in-between squares, if necessary, hold down Alt when you move a Token. If you don't, the Token will scoot into the closest square. Same thing for tilting the angle of your Token; with Alt you can rotate the Token any angle, without Alt you are limited to 8 directions! --Click a Token, then click the circular symbol next to the Gear. This gives you a choice of symbols or colored dots to indicate whatever character status you want to signify. They are called Token Markers and you can have several at a time. If you click a Token Marker type and then type a number you get a little number inside the marker next to the Token, to show things such as the number of rounds before your Sandevistan Speedware kicks in, maybe? If you look into it, there are a lot of creative things you can do with Tokens. (Roll20's Help Wiki has moved over to their new Zendesk pages:) Token Action: https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039675013-Token-Actions Token Features: https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039674573-Token-Features#TokenFeatures-CreatingaNewToken
Hello if you like doing detailed setups on roll 20 for tokens and other more in depth mechanics you should check out foundry tts. It's basically roll 20 if it were receiving both active and rapid development as well as both community mod support and independent creator support. https://foundryvtt.com/ There discord is really something else. Absolutely fantastic place.

Just an FYI it does not violate anything because this is not a public post. It's a private forum of some 94 users.
Upholstered_Hero, You would be correct, we can post in a private domain, within moderator limits, things that are Cyberpunk related or otherwise. As with posting Discord, the Roll20 staff will remove the post and submit a warning, however, posting in private chats that are held moderated by a private user should not cause and issue.

Well, I started the thread, and that should count for something. You should not advertise any other teleconferenced tabletop RPG system, because I will not be interested and would see it as a digression.
