Base Ghost Commoner is 30, Ghost of Talmore in module is 30, so not modified. Weak should decrease&nbsp;AC, attack modifiers, DCs, saving throws, and skill modifiers by 2. Ghost of Talmore doesn't have any modified. Except for Perception for some reason, which was modified. Damage output is also not lowered. This can easily lead to party wipe if GM doesn't notice, especially because Perception, as the only skill, has been modified, so it "seems" OK at first.
