Allow whispered chat log to be announced publicly, or make a public chat log a whisper

Would probably require&nbsp; <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1619233/allow-the-gm-to-delete-a-line-in-the-chat-text" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1619233/allow-the-gm-to-delete-a-line-in-the-chat-text</a> &nbsp;to be implemented first in order to be able to clear the old logs. It would be good for the GM to be able to make a whispered roll public, making it appear to the players that it has just been rolled. The same would be true of a player whispered roll that either the player or GM want to make public. It would also be good for the GM be able to take a public roll (misclick of a spoiler, something I forgot to set to whisper between sessions or whatever, one of my players reveals something they shouldn't) and make it a whisper, deleting it from the public chat log.
