Allow multiple avatars or tokens per character sheet.

This is something that's been driving me crazy for a while:  I can't have multiple images stored on a single character sheet.  or multiple tokens. For a really in-depth city campaign,  that would be so useful:   I should have the ability to store a variety of different images which represent my character in armor,  in fine clothes,  in sleepwear,  several holding a wide variety of tools or weapons.....    and then I should be able to CHOOSE, at-will,  which of those avatars gets displayed in chat. Plus, multiple character tokens which can be placed on the map, likewise.  plus tools and stuff,  like mules, lanterns, etc.  I should be able to CHOOSE which of those tokens I drag to the map in order to represent my character in any given situation. I can already achieve the EFFECT.... by pulling the up the character sheet and re-uploading a new image every few minutes....  then dropping that new image onto the map so that I have multiple character tokens on the screen now,  or so my "speak as"  chat avatar keeps changing.... But I can't store those images in MEMORY on my character sheet,  and then switch between them easily, using a radio-button or mouse-drag.
You can use the rollable tables for multiple-sided tokens, so it can have the different images you want.

yeah.  in a perfect world,  ALL character sheets would have a "rollable token"  automatically built in,   and the players could control which images were loaded into their own rollable tokens.

It isn't something people think about, but you can (as a player) move your character through the vault to a game you created.  There, you can set up whatever token you want.  Then move the character back to the game you will be playing and it will have whatever token (or rollable table token) that you set up from your own game.  It does require that the game you will be playing in have vault access enabled, but that is the only barrier to players setting up their own tokens as long as they know how to do so.
really?  that's interesting.... let me test that....   I would have to be GM of my own game,  create the rollable token attached to a character sheet,  export it...... I do not have the solution because I have three images, when his character is in spacesuit, one in his clothes and one in a combat position. I have to change the image of the figurine in the character sheet. You know the gaming time loss to do that. Because it is not a character editor in a video game. It's very limiting because I can't animate his character. It's just an image that's not even an animated gif.
ok, I CAN set up a rollable token, in my own test game,  assign that token to my character sheet as the default avatar, and then import that character sheet into a different GM's game.   And that does help somewhat. But I can't cycle through the player's avatar image that way,  in order to change what artwork people see represented in the bottom right overview. And It doesn't work if I need to use different SIZES of tokens to represent my character on the map,  for example mounted vs no mounted. This would be so much easier if I had, say, 5 saved avatars per character sheet, and 5 saved tokens per character sheet,  and then could just use a radio button to control which one was "default" or "current"

I'm glad you got the Rollable Token technique as a step in the right direction, and the Character Vault method where you (the Player) can work on your own token set-up and then Import it to your GM's game table. The problems you listed are known, such as the Rollable Token has 1 preset size for each image("side"), so it's difficult to have the Mounted version be larger. Sorry no additional help or suggestions, just a confirmation that you're finding the best that one can do in the current system.
