On the day of Summer Solstice, we of the Feywild will be gathering for a lovely competition of strength and spirit. We will be holding a tournament dedicated to the Cherry Blossom Fey. Their princess, Rosa Kasa, has held this tourney once every generation. This will be the 6th tournament of hers ever called. Any mortal who claims their right to challenge another may come to claim the prize. What is the prize I hear you say? The prize is a seat on the council of Fey itself! You will be crowned a fey lord or lady depending on your persuasion. Your responsibilities may vary depending on how you want your reign to look like in our fey wilds but, never the less it is an honor. For those that may be asking for what our contest entails? You will be tested not only in physical combat but in tests of skill as well. We do not go by a tournament bracket system either, those that fail their challenges will simply stand by the wayside and watch their fellow competitors ascend to greatness. For those that wish to ask more questions about the contest, simply write your questions on the back of your invitation and the answers shall appear. Now, shall you become a fey royal, like those before, or will you lose a chance at greatness as so many have? Fight with your resolve until nothing is left. If your looking for a long-lasting campaign that will hold your attention for the rest of time you have come to the wrong place! This will actually be a rather short campaign that will maybe take place over one or two months depending on how things go. However, during those months, we will have a fun time! Some perks about getting into this campaign! You will start off at level 11! Yes, finally, some of you can cast those 6th level spells you desperately crave! If you fail a challenge in the competition, there are mechanics so that you can stay in the game but if you need to leave for whatever reason you can do so rather easily. Now as this is a tournament there needs to be a prize. While your character gets to be a Fey Lord or Lady you yourself will be given a prize! You will be given a prize depending on where you land in the tournament. It may be D&D module PDFs, custom character portraits, and more mysterious gifts I have yet to talk about! Chill environment, I am in full support of all LGBTQAI people as I'm a bisexual disaster myself. So feel free to make whatever characters you wanna make. Age: 22 (Yes I'm a little baby adult) Timezone: EST Qualifications: I have my BFA in Creative Writing, I tell stories for a living by selling my own stories and playing D&D professionally. DM Style: I like to say that I'm a very improvisational DM that focuses on letting the players make big moves when they can and dealing with the fallout of said big moves. For example, one of my past players started a cybernetic revolution in Waterdeep and abolished the slavery of machines. That, of course, caused a power imbalance that was held up by another player who became a prophet for machine kind. I'm not the kind of guy who makes you feel like your on a railroad so to speak. Also, I try to model my playstyle of the Legendary DM Brennan Lee Mulligan. Favorite Modules: Dragon Heist, with Curse of Strahd as a close second and Out Of The Abyss as my third. Although that last one isn't on Roll 20 yet I'd be more than happy to play it out. Strengths: I love third party content which can surprise the heck out of players, I give magic items and levels out at a more than fair rate, I try to keep the combat and roleplay aspects 50/50 respectively. I'm a complete Bisexual disaster as well so my NPC's will more than likely have varied sexual preferences if you're interested in that. I'm also a music guy so when in a special bit of combat or I'm trying to set a mood I'll put on music for everyone. Weaknesses: I'm picky when it comes to groups. If we mesh, we mesh for life, if we don't, more than likely we split by session 0. I'm always a little nervous during the 1st session so when picking me, bare in mind that I truly hit my stride on that 2nd session.
