[The One Ring] repeatable field sets not functioning with macros

I've been trying out The One Ring character sheet and it seems that repeatable field sets aren't functioning with macros; at least some of the character sheet types within the set don't function. On the 2nd and 3rd sheet types in the set creating data via a repeatable field set does not create any attributes in the macros linked to the fieldset doesn't function. On the first sheet it does work correctly.. so maybe it's a combination of using multiple sheet types within a single set plus macros on repeatable fieldsets. Already been in discussion with the char sheet creator and as this looks like an issue with the char sheet system rather than the sheet itself, i am posting the issue here...

I don't believe the attributes of a repeating fieldset are accessible outside of the elements of that fieldset or the API.

Yes. The D&D 4E sheet, for example, uses this to great effect for the Powers.
It's not my sheet but when you say a button - do you mean something that can then run a macro which references an attribute from the repeated row? I think this is what the sheet creator has done (its a little die shaped icon on the sheet!)..but doesn't work on some of the sheets in the set
