Burn Bryte - Lack of effective engagement

Just finished watching the vod on Twitch for Celeste's group. This is such a good looking product. If you are launching in less than 48 hours and have been testing for nearly two years, why haven't you already done the following: Established a Reddit Shared Discord Channel details Created how to GM videos/tutorials There are absolutely no resources for people like me who have seen this and want to dive in from the perspective of running games. The Twitch vod I mentioned above has 247 views. 247?! You have a network of more than 10,000 players. You should be getting way more than that. What's the goal for launch day? Are you aiming for super soft and then building up slowly? Cos it sure doesn't feel like you want to hit big pre-order numbers.

I can mention that 1. Roll20 don't moderate any Roll20-related subreddit, so it's unlikely they would create one for the game. 2. Roll20 doesn't have an official Discord, so creating a channel for the game isn't too likely either. 3. The last point is pretty valid, apart from have an almost 2h long Burn Bryte Get started vide on YT(with marginally more views), there could certainly be more. They have a few gameplay videos from a year ago, as well as older blog posts from that time, but no idea if dringing them to to the forefront is worth it or if new and more up-to-date content is better.
