[LFP][5E][FREE][TUESDAY NIGHT EST][HOMEBREW] Looking for more players for my high level homebrew campaign.

This game is my first homebrewed campaign. It would be a high level, high magic, plane-shifting campaign. the party would start around level 13 as already established heroes of the land. The main plot hook is that on all the inner planes a tall black spire has been erected, and is sucking the life from everything around it. The area of the spire's influence grows daily. The games would take place weekly at Tuesday evenings/nights I was hoping to start at 6PM and go until 10PM EST. But no time has been decided on yet. I was hoping to be able to do session zero tomorrow. If you are interested, go ahead and post below, Tell me what kind of character you think you would like to play,Your experience playing D&D, as well as the type of player you are. (as in, do you like to make really strong fighting characters, and like to have lots of combat. Or do you like to roleplay more?)  Finally I expect all my players to actually be able to make it to Every session, if you have to miss once in a while thats understandable, but just know that we will play without you.
Hey there ^~^  Uirlis is a bit of a shy/anxious person that speaks in the 3rd person as a coping mechanism, but she is mildly comfortable with rping in the first person. Been looking for a monday/tuesday 5e game and custom, unique games peak her interest! She hasn't been playing for a long time, but she very much enjoys adventuring and wants to take on another weekly campaign.  Uirlis has an idea of a teifling sorc that fell from another plane of existence. Since they're pre-established heroes, Uirlis was thinking her character can be some sort of cult/leader or religious icon. :D She likes both RP and combat. So a even helping of both would be ideal. She's a team oriented player and enjoys taking more of a back-seat in most situations, but does enjoy her ideas being heard and co-operating with the party.  Uirlis is also a more caster/support leaning  type of player. She has an idea of a more damage oriented character for this go around as she usually plays support/healer ^~^  Uirlis doesn't really have much going on IRL except some health issues where she may not make it to some sessions, but it's rare. (Her kidney is failing.) Feel free to drop a message on Roll20 or add Uirlis#0805

I'd be interested in playing this campaign. It sounds like a lot of fun. As it stands, though, 6PM  won't work for me as I have a descent into Avernus game that starts at that time. I could easily do anything before that 6PM mark, just nothing after it. I'm free before it and most days after it at most times (I am free on Wednesdays and Thursdays), if that's something to consider. Other than that, I'm very punctual. I won't miss a session without first informing the DM. it's very rare I am unable to attend.  I actually have a lot of characters in my back log, I'll list two. I'm more in favour of roleplay personally, although my characters are usually strong. That said, roleplay is a preference, but I also enjoy combat.  I've been playing 5E for 4 years now, through all levels and classes, and most modules. I'm fairly grounded in the game, and I'm quick to take my turn and allow others each person shine in the spotlight. I'm usually the face of most parties. I don't endeavour to acquire that spot. I just am, charisma character or not. Lilith Lilith is a Chaotic Good, Yuan -Ti Paladin/Warlock. She wades into combat without fear, and decimates her foes with her skillful swordplay. A defender of the weak, Lilith always endeavours to help others for the greater good, but does it in her own way, through methods some may consider extreme. Should Lilith capture a prisoner, she extracts information through brutality, and isn't against breaking a few bones to get what she needs. (Haven't gotten a name or race for this one, just a concept) This character divination wizard and is a gambler of the Natural alignment. Always manipulating the die (Both in game and out) by using his potent ability. A brash and unlikable wizard, he strives to find his fortune both on the table and in the dungeon.  I have a few more, but I'm a bit concerned about listing class after class. Just know there's about 1 for each class, sometimes 2 If you would take me on, and if my schedule isn't an issue - James (Milk)#5387 is my discord.
Hi! I'm actually looking for another regular campaign to join during the week. I have found a group for Saturday evenings, but I'm free during the week starting after 5 PM CST (likely 6:30 PM EST and onward, as I work remotely until 6 EST and then have to walk the dog!). I have Scotch Club at work every other Friday but I don't attend regularly, basically, my social commitments are pretty low right now! I've been playing 5e IRL with my friends for the past year but our one-shots and campaign are on indefinite pause due to COVID and people dropping out. Roll20 has been an awesome way to get back into playing and meeting new folks for me. I like a healthy mix of combat and roleplaying/storytelling, and I really enjoy helping to draw other players in and interacting in-character. I usually play casters/support but I'd like an opportunity to play a Fighter I've been working on: Samine is a True Neutral Half-orc Fighter (Duelist, Eldritch Knight) who is a smarter than she looks but is perfectly willing to play the dumb brute in order to get the upper hand on her opponents. She has had an accomplished career as a higher-ranking soldier and a mercenary, and while she's not much of an idealist she's more than willing to give her all for her companions and those she fights alongside. She dislikes stuffed-up upper-class folks who use their wealth or power to bully locals and the poor, though she will begrudgingly take their coin if the fee is high enough. She's also incredibly stubborn, blunt, and un-charming to the point of occasionally getting herself and her mates in trouble with many a local pompous lord or snooty city guard. She always tries to take the most straightforward route to a solution and is 100% not a good Face (CHA is her dump stat yoooo!) Shoot me a PM or hit me up on Discord! pjkatiesfarm#5572
still one spot open
Hey! I've been playing 5e for about 5 years now, and I really enjoy both RP and combat. I've played all manner of characters, varied in terms of personalities, classes, races, backgrounds, you name it. I enjoy improv and creative writing IRL, so most of my characters have decent charisma, and I like performing feats of strength in game so usually they have a decent strength too. Overall, I just try to have fun in game; even though I love tense/dramatic moments, I think it's hard to force them, so I try not to force it any one way (I'm always ready to catch the narrative ball and throw it back if someone takes the story somewhere dramatic though). I make characters in my free time, so this can be tweaked based on the existing party members (I try not to step on toes), but my initial character concept is a exiled noble bard/paladin looking to reclaim his honor. He's stubborn, loyal, and just a little bit cocky at times. He's looking to restore honor to his name by making his own story, but he's not sure if the path he's on is truly good. In essence he's not sure if being good only means other people recognize you as a good person, so he's trying to figure that out. He's a melee man who uses his mouth as often as his metal when it comes to solving problems. If any of this interested you, feel free to shoot me a message over on discord (username dr. shrooms#0668). You can also message me on roll20, I just might not see it as quickly!
Is there any open slots. I have been playing D&D for over 15 years have played all kinds of characters. I prefer Druid, Mage or Rogue. I'm willing to adjust my character to fit well in the group. I like a campaign that has a mixture of role-playing and combat.
It looks like you might be full but let me know if anyone doesn't work out and a slot opens up. I am a experience both as a DM and player and know 5e quite well. I like a balance of roleplaying and combat. I have a few ideas for characters but the one I was leaning towards was a multiclass bard (college of whispers) / fighter who specializes in fear and mental manipulation. The premise being that she was experimented on by Deurgar and infused with the essence of a horror for the Underdark that gave her some mental abilities but also suffers from an affliction where she must feed on fear (like an emotions vampire). She still retains a sense of morality and "feeds" only on the morally corrupt and despicable individuals, whom she hunts.
