[LFG] DragonQuest 2nd edition designer looking to start up a campaign with house set of DQ Rules

This looks like old school DnD? Wednesday is my only free day right now and interested if that becomes the day.... On issue is I am on the west coast so the later start the better, but understand I am only 1 person if it doesn't work out :-)

Kane, one of my buddies is in Fresno, so if I can convince him to play, I will adjust to a compatible time.

Well, as for 'old school DnD' there certainly is a bit of old-school in there, but the system had some bits in it that don't belong in any school, old or new.

Cool. I will read a pdf I have to see how it fits for me first.

Kane, understand I'd like to use this opportunity to perhaps evolve the rules, so read what you have as a starting point rather than an ending point.

It is still a thing. Kane was going to let me know, but has gone silent. I'd like to move this discussion off this clunky interface and onto a Discord server or something. I'll give it one more day and then I'll post an update here.

DragonQuest?  Amazing!  I sadly can't join in (Wednesdays already booked), but DQ is a great game and I wish I could participate.   We leaned more towards The Fantasy Trip for a tactical RPG back in the day, but we had (and played) both 1st and 2nd edition DQ.  Good luck with the game!

Will the College of Greater Summoning be available? :-). Played DQ back in the early 80s, great game.&nbsp; I am in the UK so timing would be difficult..

I run something every other Saturday at 2:00pm EST (next game on the 15th August) and the following Sunday at 12:00pm.&nbsp; The weekend in between I am free apart from one shots.
