Voice chat issues

Hi@all Me and my buddies have some random trouble with audio and video communication. Sometimes in the past months happened that some player had issues hearing other players (not necessarily all players: for example player 5 could hear player 1, 3, 4 but not 2, while other players had no issues).  In the past weeks the problem became more frequent: last week we gave up the game since there was no means to enable correct communication among all players. We tried to track down the problem to find some clue on how to reproduce it as well as to solve it, but without luck. The only thing that sometimes helped was a group reconnect, but the benefit appeared to be completely random. I wonder if someone has similar issues and if there is some suitable solution... 

Having issues with voice chat myself, tried to reconnect in the setting menu in game, tried refreshing the website, tried restarting the browser, tried resetting my computer. NOTHING helped.

As the number of players goes up, the reliability seems to go down. There does not seem to be a hard rule for this, though. Some folks reportedly have large games with no problems, others only have problems with one game. If you cannot get it to work satisfactorily, do what many others do, use Discord, Skype or similar third party tools. Not as immersive, but they do have some benefits such as screen sharing and file transfer.
