The Year is 1925 and a time of chaos will be soon upon the Children of Caine In the City of New Orleans, one of the most vibrant cities in North America and a centre of Kindred Culture, Prince Doran has long held control. Nominally aligned with the Camarilla as a means to achieve his own ends. Various events around Europe and America, including the recent conclusion of the 'War to End all Wars', has forced a gradual breaking down of the traditional power structures meaning that, even with all the conservative might of the Camarilla, change cannot be prevented. In these times, who knows what is in store for the City of New Orleans Kindred, a city so used to strangers in the night who appear to partake in revelry or mischief... This campaign will begin with a new coterie brought together for unknown business, following orders from their sires to head to the City of New Orleans; as new arrivals, they are expected to insert themselves into the city as the Carnival Season begins and when many strangers are arriving for business... here they will receive a more formal briefing.
