API-Script doesn't work: Previous shutdown complete, starting up..

Hello my friends, i'm not an native englisch-speaker, so pls correct me :-) I have trouble with my API-Scripts and the hope someone can help me. My API Output Console brings up the title in my post 'Previous shutdown complete, starting up..' since i changed my subscription on thursday to pro. I have done the following things recommended in other posts: - i have two tabs open. One for the API Script page and one for the game. I tried it with me as the master logged into the game and as an other player aswell. I even tried it with different games. - I have no connection problems - I have turned the computer off/on again :-) - I uninstalled all the 'addons' on my browser (don't know how exactly they're called.. it's on the right top next to the address in my browser) - I've tried different browsers (currently on the chrome) - I've cleared my cache - I've tried it on different PC's - I even did an console log (hope i get this right). It's the CTRL-SHIFT-J-thing. But i don't understand anything in there so i just followed what it told me to do, ending up making a few changes in my cookies (i'm sorry, but this was yesterday and i don't remember what i did.. i think i don't WANT do remember :-P ) And i changed them back after it didn't work - I've turned my firewall of - At least my IT-Boyfriend (sorry i called it 'IT'.. no offense) looked at the problem. He was doing his 'IT-magic' and run this console-log and tried a few js.scripts himself and ended up with saying that the problem is not on my side and i should write a report.. Which i did.. know :-) I also have to mention that yesterday in the evening it worked, although i didn't change anything. Really: nothing! BUT my boyfried streamed on twitch and when he ends his stream it worked.. but we didn't pay attention to it. Today i startet my PC and roll20.. aaaand API didn't work again. I had the stream in mind, but the API also wouldn't work when he ended the stream. Now it's two hours later and i started all over again but nothing changed and when i'm honest, i'm really frustrated at this moment. A ny help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Have you installed any scripts? If so which ones? That message always appears until you install at least one script, and someone logs into the campaign.
Hey,  thx for your response. Yes i have installed scripts. I've tried it with a few. Actual it's TokenMod, GMSheet and GroupInitiative. And i've tried it with a script not from the library which i found online. I've also tried to delete the scripts and add again this script and that script etc.

Those are all reliable scripts, so the problem isn't there. Can you create a new campaign, and see if the problem goes away? You can copy things from your old campaign using a feature called the Transmogrifier. Don't copy anything over until you try some scripts first. Maybe there's something wrong with one of the characters or objects in your campaign. If the problem doesnt go away, I think you should contain roll20. Use their request form: <a href="https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003885714" rel="nofollow">https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003885714</a>
Thx for your advice, but the problem is still there. I've created a new game and (logged in the game) added the TokenMod-Script but nothing changed. i wrote a request, but i think they will not answer during the weekend :-) Again thx for your help.
