Make Alt-E-Scroll wheel rotate token by exactly 7.5 degrees

Currently, when using alt-e-scroll wheel to rotate a token's facing,  the number of degrees moved per increment of the scroll wheel seems to be around 8.27 degrees. This would SO MUCH more convenient if it were exactly 7.5 degrees.    You could then use alt-e-scroll wheel  to change  token's facing by  15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 degrees as needed.   once complete circle would be exactly 48 increments,  a 90 degree turn would be exactly 12,  etc, etc.

A keyboard only way to do this would be pretty nice too. For example, I could hit ALT+* (Or something) and this would bring up a dialog to enter a number in degrees, counting clockwise, and then hit ENTER. This would rotate the selected token by the amount. Even better would be to have this trick rotate an entire group of selected tokens, for example, turning to a march order to leave a room into a narrow corridor. There are game rules were facing doesn't matter but for the rules sets where they do this would be a nice convenience.

In my games, one click is exactly 45 degrees, eg. 8 clicks turns a full circle?!? really?   that's odd....  how are you rotating your tokens, exactly?   alt+e+scroll wheel?  somehow else? I know if you drag the facing handle around manually, using left click, and without holding alt,  it does 'correct'  your facing to the nearest 45 degree increment.
E+Scroll wheel turns by 45, 90, 135, etc. Alt+E+Scroll wheel, which appears to only work in Chrome and not Firefox, seems to do the oddball number. I get about 11 clicks per 90 degrees, but 44 clicks is slightly greater than 360 degrees.  I agree; pick a number that works better! That said, I've never even tried Alt+E+Scroll wheel until today....45 degrees per click works well in most situations. If was playing Car Wars in Roll20 though, I'd either want 7.5 degrees per click, or I wouldn't use the clicks at all. I'd use the handle instead.
