A couple quick questions about how the Looking for Group/Players listings work with the game invites. Thank you for anyone who can help! If I disable a Looking for Players listing, can I still send game invites to those who have already commented in the listing discussion? What happens if invites are sent to more players than the number of players in the listing? Do you have to cancel one invite before you can send another? Would Roll20 then allow anyone with the invite to join, or would it still cap the number of players at the maximum in the listing? If you cancel an invite, does that user get a message about both the invite and the cancellation? More a question of etiquette than specific use, but how long do people usually give players to respond to game invitations? I'm trying to find the balance between acknowledging that people have lives and solidifying my player roster on a game that starts soon.
