Handouts: Player and Party Notes

Summary To allow players to add their own private notes (player notes) as well as shared notes (party notes) to handouts without needing edit permissions on the handouts themselves (in order to prevent deletion/alteration of the actual handout content Use Cases Party Notes (where each member of the group that the handout is shared with i.e. whole party in most cases) would be useful for joint notes against the handout.  Example of this would be an enemy/monster handout were they can put their in-game knowledge of the creature for future reference (e.g. We used fire against trolls and that seemed to work very well) Player notes (private and viewable just to the individual player) would be useful if a player wanted to put their own notes (like they had a side deal with an npc) that they did not want to share with the rest of the party In both cases this would allow the players to add content to the handout (in the form of text notes) without potentially overwriting the provided content of the handout itself
