D&D 5E. Beginner looking for group or other beginners

Hey, I am a beginner and new to TTRPG. I am looking for a group of beginner friendly players willing to teach. Or other beginners looking for a group to learn together. My understanding of the mechanics is decent and am open to criticism. I am in CST and mostly available on weekends or evenings after 7. An experienced DM that is patient would be great.
