Hi Guys, I've recently been getting back into D&D after running a simplified version for my 4 year old during Covid lockdown. I used to play as a teenager, mostly AD&D and Masquerade, but playing again reminded me how much i enjoyed it. I don't really have any friends who would be interested in playing still so I thought i would give this a try and see if there's any like minded groups out there i could join. I bought the rulebooks and reread them so i could brush up on the new 5e rules for the kids game (which i then modified to make simpler obviously) but might still be a bit rusty so might need a little patience to start off and I'm also open to learning new systems entirely if that patience extends to it! I'm available weekdays and weekends from 7pm and the missus says she doesnt mind putting the kids to bed by herself one night a week, so I can play regularly. Hope someone out there can help! Cheers!
