Audio/Video not working on iPad

Hi there, I have an iPad Pro 12.9” with the latest version of iPadOS (13.6). I also purchased a Plus membership tonight, logged out, cleared my website browsing data for roll20.net, relaunched my browser and logged in again. When I request the Desktop version of the site and launch one of two games I’m in, I cannot pan the map. When I go into My Settings, I see audio and video options but they are greyed out and I cannot select a microphone nor camera. My Safari settings are set to allow microphone and camera use for Roll20. When I request the Mobile version of the website and launch either game I’m in, I can now pan and select my token, etc. But when I go to My Settings, the only option I see under Game Settings is to set the Chat Avatar size - none of the other settings below that work. I have also tried the latest version of Chrome and downloaded Firefox tonight and tried it. All three browsers work in the same way - the Desktop website will not pan but does show some greyed out audio/video options under Game Settings. The Mobile version of the website will pan but does not show any audio/video options under Game Settings. I have gone to https://appr.tc/ to test my video/audio and things work fine. The attached screenshot is what I see in the mobile version of the website on Firefox. Note, I’m at the bottom of the My Settings tab with Chat Avatars being the only setting in Game Settings. Any advise you might have would really be appreciated. Thanks, Don
I’m also pretty sure my DM has Chat Tech set up to the correct option for us. None of the other players (on laptops) are having this issue.
this is a known problem in roll 20
Does anyone know if there are plans to address it?

If you haven't already, you might want to submit a ticket on this. While it won't help the panning behavior, you might check the (Firefox and Chrome) settings mentioned in the troubleshooting guide for the microphone (if you haven't already done so). https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039223594-Video-and-Voice-Chat-Troubleshooting Then the information they want in a bug report (and how to send it to them) is detailed here: https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045655014-Reporting-a-Bug
