Hi there! Figured this might be a long shot, but if anyone happens to need a +1 for a 5e Forgotten Realms adventure, I might be your guy! I've had an idea for a character that I just can't get out of my head. My circumstances are a little specific, but hey, figured I'd give it a shot! About me: My name's Dan, 23 he/him, LGBTQ+ friendly, EST time zone. I've been playing 5e since 2016 as both a DM and player, and am quite familiar with both 5e's mechanics and the lore of the Forgotten Realms. I highly value RP and character growth, and enjoy fleshing out my characters. I run two campaigns with my fiance (Saltmarsh/Dungeon of the Mad Mage and Avernus) and play in a third (homebrew in FR). My plate may seem full there, but I'm 85% sure I can weasel my work schedule around to play in one more! As far as availability, I'd prefer to have a set time for sessions. Thursday nights and Saturdays are a no-go, sadly. I've previously run Tomb of Annihilation, Dragon Heist, Lost Mines, and some Yawning Portal, but would not mind being a player in any of those. I would rather not play a module that I'm currently DMing, though. Not that it has to be a module campaign! I can join at any level or point in the adventure, no problems there. About the character: Guinivier Bouldershoulder has always struggled to find her place in the shadow of her father, a legendary adventurer. When an accident in Icewind Dale left her feeling powerless and traumatized, she dropped everything to become a spellcasting knight in Silverymoon. Having left her training perhaps a bit too early, the stubborn and shy Guinivier is on a foolhardy quest to prove herself to... Herself? The gods? Anyone? Guinivier wants to one day return to Icewind Dale to exact justice on the entities who wronged her. Here's some art I made of her! Who her father is doesn't matter a whole lot, I mostly just liked the name and concept of an adventurer in a hero's shadow. I've played as Guinivier before as a War Magic Wizard in a campaign that fell apart. Both the campaign and the class left me wanting, but I absolutely enjoyed the character and have lamented not getting the chance to keep playing as her. I intend on playing her as a lawful good Eldritch Knight Fighter this time around. I really hope this works out for me, but I understand if not!
