The transmogrifier can do that, but it is a pro subscription perk. Other than that, I think copying your game is the only thing that keeps dynamic lighting, tokens, etc. all together with the map.
With a Pro subscription, you can use the Transmogriier to copy a full page over (and pretty much anything else, except Macros). With a Plus account and lower, you're limited to cloning a game and building from there.
