Library Access even in other people's campaigns (no GM rights) to avoid duplicates in Library!

Posted this already in the API Forum . Here is the link: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/9028129/feature-suggestion-library-access-even-in-other-campaigns-no-gm-rights-to-avoid-duplicates-in-library Please have a look at it, I think it may come in handy for a lot of people and especially for free users.

To cut down on keep this in one place, here is the actual suggestion: If you have a huge library accessible in Roll20 with a lot of images and want to reuse a specific character image in another campaign you have to upload this exact image again thus having a duplicate in the library! To avoid this, allow players access to their library always and in every campaign! Maybe with the option for the SL to allow / disallow players using other images / maps for the campaign by just dragging those from there library to the map.
