In the character sheet settings (the cog icon to the right of the spells tab) there's a "core die roll" field. If you change this to ?{What did you roll?} it should be called in almost every template rolled straight from the sheet. If this doesn't work for any reason, there's an Attribute called d20 on your Attributes & Abilities tab. Change this to the Query and it should work - if you change any other roll-related things on the sheet this may recalculate itself, and you'll have to change it back. This won't work with Advantage/Disadvantage rolls - they have a second 1d20 hard-coded for some reason: shouldn't be an issue for you though. Set your sheet to "never roll advantage" so it only ever displays one roll, and do the advantage roll with your physical dice, then enter the resulting number. Getting this hack to work with the inbuilt Advantage rolls on the sheet would be difficult. In terms of damage, if you want to do those with physical dice as well, you'll need to do that manually per attack/spell. In the Attacks & Spellcasting section on the Core tab of the character sheet. Easy enough - just put the same Query into the damage field.
